By visiting www.want.ca, you implicitly agree to our Terms of Use. Want Inc. and access to services available under the domain and subdomains of www.want.ca (the "Site") is conditional upon your acceptance and continued compliance with the following provisions and any policies applicable to the Site, which provisions and policies may be amended from time to time. By clicking the "I agree" button below and using the Site you are indicating that you understand and agree to the following provisions and all policies applicable on the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by such provisions and policies, do not click the "I agree" button below and do not use the Site or access our services.

- Return Policy
Store Purchases
Want offers an exchange or refund, with the exception of Special Occasion Wear, within seven (7) days of the original date of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags (Want tags and any other additional tags) attached, and the original purchase receipt must be presented. All Special Occasion Wear will be specified on the Want hang tag and will be considered a FINAL SALE. Refunds will be credited using the same method of payment. All exchanges and refunds on Store purchases can only be processed in person at any of our physical locations.
Web Purchases
All www.want.ca purchases will be eligible for an exchange or refund seven (7) days from the date the order was received. The merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags (Want tags and any other additional tags) attached, and the original purchase receipt must be presented. All Special Occasion Wear will be specified on the Want hang tag and will be considered a FINAL SALE. Refunds will be credited to the same card as the original purchase. In the event a refund is requested, SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
www.want.ca returns may be processed at any of our Want locations and/or may be shipped to us via traceable courier. Please contact us at returns@want.ca to arrange a courier service pick up for the item(s) to be returned. Want will NOT be responsible for shipping and handling costs on any items that are being returned. All applicable freight charges will be charged to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
ALL SALE ITEMS WILL BE A FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
- Product Images
We have done our best to display our product as accurately as possible, however, the colours of the products shown on the www.want.ca site may be dependant on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
- Product Availability
In the event of a technical error, should we not be able to fulfill your order at anytime, any monies received will be returned by way of original method of payment and we will notify you via email.
- Shipping
Want is committed to promptly filling and shipping your order within 24 hours from when your is placed. However, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All orders will be shipped Standard Service unless otherwise specified at checkout. You will receive your order within 10 business days. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of Canada.
- Want Newsletter
Our newsletter services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who register for newsletter services by filling out all applicable forms. Any subscriber can opt out of receiving our newsletters by emailing us at news@want.ca at which point the subscriber's address will be removed from our mailing list within 72 hours.
- Want Gift Card
Gift Cards can be purchased on www.want.ca in various denominations. Gift Cards can be used in person at any of our locations. However, at this time, Gift Cards are NOT redeemable online at www.want.ca. GIFT CARDS ARE HANDLED AS LEGAL TENDER, THEREFORE, ANY LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS ARE IRREPLACEABLE AND WILL NOT BE RE-ISSUED.
- Associations
Want does not support or endorse any services, product or brand messaging of any of our affiliates. We are not responsible for any information, offers or affiliates of our associated partners.
- Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The protection of user's privacy is a very important Want principle. We understand clearly that you and your information are among our most important assets. We store and process your information on computers located in Canada that are protected by physical as well as technical security devices. Click here for our current Privacy Policy. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use our Site or services. NO PAYMENT INFORMATION IS STORED ON OUR SITE OR SYSTEMS AFTER THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
- Outage
Want's target uptime is 99.9% of the time in every calendar month. Want will use its best efforts to ensure that its network will be available and function 99.9% of the time, not including periodic maintenance, equipment failure and force majeure situations.
- No Warranty
WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY LAW OR THROUGH A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED BY LAW.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our suppliers, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyer's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- Legal Compliance
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Site and our services.
- Resolution of Disputes
In the event a dispute arises between you and Want, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, before resorting to any alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as an alternative to litigation. Any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this agreement or our services that cannot be settled by alternative dispute resolution procedures shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ontario. You and Want agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
- Right to choose Patronage
Want reserves the right to refuse service, products, promotions and other special offers to select customers who are in non compliance with our terms and conditions.
- Additional Terms
The Want Privacy Policy and any other posted Want policies in effect from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference to this agreement and provide additional terms and conditions related to specific services offered on the Site. Any of these policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes on the Site. In addition, when using particular services on the Site, you agree that you are subject to any posted policies or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time.
- General
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that this agreement and all incorporated terms and conditions may be automatically assigned by Want in our sole discretion. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
