If you're moved by fashion and have retail experience, we want to hear from you. We're looking for service-oriented, style-savvy personalities who love working with people. Want has a variety of openings for fashion careers in boutique retail, but be warned, we're very picky about the people we hire.
We want you for your skills and fashion experience, of course, but fit is also incredibly important. We spend most of our waking hours with the people we work with, so the people who join our family have to be warm, fun, kind, energetic and, of course, totally crazy for clothes.
Our culture is warm, friendly and unpretentious. We celebrate people's strengths, are open to their ideas, work hard on staff development, and are very big on promotion from within. We're not into titles or strict hierarchies - it's your contribution that counts.
And we certainly know how to have fun, both at work and after hours. We have contests, staff parties, plus we get involved in the community and in charitable stuff, which we find both fun and pretty satisfying.
Want is a great place to build a fashion career - many of our people have been with us for years, which is pretty rare in retail. So why are we hiring if no one is leaving? Because our stores are busy and we're growing by leaps and bounds!
