It's that time of year again... The bells are jingling, the halls are decked, and the hottest festive fashions from Want are hitting the runways at the Oakville & Country Toy Teas!
We are so honoured to be a part of these annual events, in support of local children's charities and shelters.
2011 is the 10th year for the Oakville Toy Tea and the 7th year for the Country Toy Tea, who has to-date, provided 7,000+ toys and raised in excess of $60,000 for local organizations.
Each year, these wonderful fundraisers just keep getting bigger & better, and we're always thrilled to show our support... in style, with a showcase of our Winter/Holiday & Resort collection!!

What could be better than a night of shopping, yummy food, prizes and of course, great fashion?! We will be taking centre stage at 8pm with a showcase of our Holiday collection, so strap on your fave stilettos, grab a cosmo, and make sure that you & your BFFs get a front row seat!!
West of the City Girls night out is a proud supporter of the Mississauga Food Bank. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to this organization, and non-perishable food items will be collected at the door.

The Corsage Project is a nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the Children's Aid Foundation to make sure that every girl has the opportunity to look fabulous on her Prom Night!
We have been contributors to this organization for many years, and this year, we were lucky enough to attend the Boutique Ball, to assist some of the girls in finding their perfect dress, shoes & accessories!

It's time for the sixth annual Country Toy Tea, and we are SO excited to be a part of the festivities again this year!
This fabulous ladies only event has, to date, provided about 7000 toys and raised in excess of $60,000 for local charities and shelters.
For the past 3 years, Want has joined forces to put on a spectacular Holiday fashion show & this year we are thrilled to return to show our support again, in style!!
All generous donations will benefit the Blue Door Shelter - Leeder Place Family Shelter, Pathways of York Region, The Women's Centre of York Region and the Sandgate Women's Shelter.

'Tis The Season

The Holidays are always our favourite time of year, and that's because it's Toy Tea season!
We at Want are always looking for ways to pay it forward, and Holiday Toy Teas are the perfect occasion. To kick off the season, we were invited back to the Oakville Club by Henderson Partners, LLP for the ninth annual Oakville Toy Tea.
To make the event extra fashionable, we put on a showcase of our Holiday 2010 collection and our fabulous models got up close and personal with the guests, mingling, joking around and getting into the Holiday spirit!
All generous toy donations went to benefit Kerr Street Ministries, Halton Trauma Centre, Sexual Assault & Violence Intervention Services of Halton, The Halton Children's Aid Society, The Salvation Army and the Art House.

We were lucky enough to have been invited to the Oakville Club on October 20th for a lovely luncheon with some new friends. In typical Want style, we made the afternoon as fashionable as possible with a showcase of our Fall 2010 Collection.
The best part of the show was having the actual club members show off the fab fashion! We really couldn't have asked for better models. As the show went on, the catwalks got fiercer and fiercer!! We had such a blast and we would like to thank our gracious hosts for SUCH a lovely day!

The Corsage Project is a nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the Children's Aid Foundation to make sure that every girl has the opportunity to look fabulous on her Prom Night!
We have been contributors to this organization for many years, and this year, we were lucky enough to attend the Boutique Ball, to assist some of the girls in finding their perfect dress, shoes & accessories!

We had a fabulous styling session with some wonderful DfS clients who got an exclusive shopping experience with Want's owner, Pari Davis. Each of these women were gifted their favourite spring/summer 2011 outfit along with a new pair of shoes, generously provided by In Style Shoes. It's time for the sixth annual Country Toy Tea, and we are SO excited to be a part of the festivities again this year!
This fabulous ladies only event has, to date, provided about 7000 toys and raised in excess of $60,000 for local charities and shelters.
For the past 3 years, Want has joined forces to put on a spectacular Holiday fashion show & this year we are thrilled to return to show our support again, in style!!
All generous donations will benefit the Blue Door Shelter - Leeder Place Family Shelter, Pathways of York Region, The Women's Centre of York Region and the Sandgate Women's Shelter.

'Tis The Season

The Holidays are always our favourite time of year, and that's because it's Toy Tea season!
We at Want are always looking for ways to pay it forward, and Holiday Toy Teas are the perfect occasion. To kick off the season, we were invited back to the Oakville Club by Henderson Partners, LLP for the ninth annual Oakville Toy Tea.
To make the event extra fashionable, we put on a showcase of our Holiday 2010 collection and our fabulous models got up close and personal with the guests, mingling, joking around and getting into the Holiday spirit!
All generous toy donations went to benefit Kerr Street Ministries, Halton Trauma Centre, Sexual Assault & Violence Intervention Services of Halton, The Halton Children's Aid Society, The Salvation Army and the Art House.

We had such a blast with all of the great food & fashion (not to mention a little visit from the Burlington Firefighters lol!)

Oakville Club Ladies Luncheon

We were lucky enough to have been invited to the Oakville Club on October 20th for a lovely luncheon with some new friends. In typical Want style, we made the afternoon as fashionable as possible with a showcase of our Fall 2010 Collection.
The best part of the show was having the actual club members show off the fab fashion! We really couldn't have asked for better models. As the show went on, the catwalks got fiercer and fiercer!! We had such a blast and we would like to thank our gracious hosts for SUCH a lovely day!
